Hi there
After some help.
I have recently transferred my SIM over to a new phone and everything seemed OK apart from the length of time it is before voicemail kiocks in. It's way too short for me and after missing another call last night (even more frustratingly it was from Vodafone about another issue I am having!) I tried to extend it.
I have tried the **61*121*11* method but get error message saying:
Call forwarding
Connection problem or invalid
MMI code.
when no reply for All Speech Services
Now having done a bit of googling it seems it might be to do with APN settings but I'm not sure what to chanmge on them. I reinstalled it by texting WEB to a number but that didn't work.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Can you connect to the Network via Mobile Data. If so your settings would be ok.
Really the process in this link should work > How-do-I-increase-the-time-before-a-call-goes-to-voicemail.
Possibly try cancel all diverts and then turn voicemail back on and try again to lengthen the ring time.
1. Cancel all diverts.
Press Phone.
Press Keypad.
Key in ##002# and press the call icon.
customer support on 191 or Live Chat should also be able to help as they have access to your account.

Hi there. Thanks for the post
I can connect via mobile data no problem
I cancelled my divert as per your advice and that worked but then when I tried to set it up via the **61 route it doesn't work. I tried switching my voicemail back on again but can't seem to do that now either via calling 121.

You're Welcome.
I would now suggest to call 191 and ask them to reset your Voicemail and if they can set up the delay in rings you want.
