Purchased an iPhone 5 and nano sim, as expected once iPhone up and running could not get a 3G signal from my SS box even thou it was showing all the correct lights and my other users could get 3G, Vodafone did a resync to no avail.
So try this if your having the same problem as it worked for me ......
- Log into your vodafone account and click on My Sure Signal link in my account menu
- Click on manage users and delete all users from your Sure Signal
- Click on My Sure Signal and then click Manage Sure Signal
- Click on Deregister Box and confirm
- I Waited approx 30 mins and strangely I was now receiving a 3G signal on my iPhone from my unregistered Sure Signal box :smileyfrustrated:
- Click on my sure signal and then click Register Sure Signal and follow the process of re-registering your sure signal box and adding other users, your also need the serial number from the rear off the Sure Signal unit to complete this process
I briefly lost the 3G signal on my iPhone after re-registering but it came back within a minute or so.
My sure signal box is the first generation with a serial number begining with 2.
