UK to EU calls not included in Business roaming bundle - how to add??

Hi All,

I am new to the forum. I am a Business User with a SIM only plan which includes full EU roaming. Imagine my suprise when I found out the hard way that this does not include UK to EU calls (however if I am in the EU and call EU numbers it IS included?!?).

I cannot find any information on how to get my bundle extended to include UK to EU calls. Can't get a hold of anyone on the Chat - and by the time I get off work to sort this the call centre is closed, so any help is appreciated.

Roaming by definition is something that only applies to you when you are not in the UK and therefore not connecting to your home network. 

There is no way of getting calls to numbers abroad included in your bundle. The nearest you can get is called Vodafone international.

Thanks for the swift reply Jeffkin. Well that royally sucks. I had a phone package that DID include this (Truphone); but the company decided to change policies on us and now I have to sort a UK based contract instead. Have you seen any company here offering all inclusive?

If by here you mean this forum, then no because this is a Vodafone only forum.

You'll have to look at the websites or forums of other networks to find out what they offer but I'd be surprised if any of the mainstream networks offer inclusive international calling.

Hi, I can't find information on how to include UK to EU calls and texts? I am a Business User - and my colleagues are all in Germany.
