i just bought a new Ulefone be touch 2 phone with duel sim and i can't get a 4G signal, the other sim i use is three and i get 4G on that.
the network on my phone are.
Network type: GSM+WCDMA+FDD-LTE
2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE 800/1800/2100/2600MHz
Any help would be appreciated

Its working fine on 3G now its quick on surfing internet but just no 4G on vodafone.

call 191 and ask them to activate 4g services (I've had to do this with my kazam 550l last week)
I ended changing to a smart prime 6 and Still having issues getting LTE now. I think Vodafone is having issues
