I registered a new sure signal on Friday morning however I am getting the error 'sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. PLease try again in a few minutes. If you keep seeing this message, please contact use through the help centre' every time I try to add a number to it. Please advise. We have three other sure signals under our account which are all working as expected. I have tried another browser and still experience the same problem.

Firstly, try clearing your cookees and cache on the PC.
The general advise is to deregister the Sure Signal, leave it for 24 hours register again and try adding users.
