I have an additional phone account which I'm trying to add to my suresignal. The number was ported to Vodafone from Talk Mobile over 6 months ago and I am stil unable to add the number. The error is "We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2011 - [1b2]" I've twice spent hours on the phone with customer support who have assured me that the number would be added, but it never has. I've tried again today, as I do weekly and I still receive the error "We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2011 - [1b2]" What is going on? Why can this not be fixed? Help! Can someone please help?

Firstly thanks to the forum team for ringing back!
However, I was put through to the Suresignal expert, who again said my son's mobile number wasn't a Vodafone number and had to give him my other account number before he accepted the fact. Then he said he couldn't add the number and would escalate it to the highest level. He promised me that they could do anything and they would add the number within 5 days.
Guess what, over 5 days has passed and I still can't add the number. Vodafone have failed to deliver as promised yet again
Today, I requested that my two Vodafone accounts be merged together and guess what, although my other son's number has been added, the problem mobile number with all the issues hasn't been added.
I'm so fed up with the whole situation that I have requested my PAC code and i have now signed up to an O2 pay monthly contract. So I will be leaving Vodafone and selling my SureSignal. At least O2 support voice over Wi-fi and I am getting a very good deal on a Samsung Note 8 - Vodafone couldn't and wouldn't match it - so goodbye Vodafone!!
