I am unable to locate the admin pages for my sure signal.
What few links I can find on the www.vodafone.co.uk site all suggest loggin into 'my vodafone' and click on 'my sure signal' These options do not exist. there are no links to the sure signal dashboard.
Searching the site it seems like sure signal has been forgotten in a site redesign

Partially... that gets me in but what about everybody else?
All of the documentation both supplied paper and online is woefully outdated. the posts you refer me to date back to May, so this is clearly not a new problem. correcting this issue can't take more than a few hours of web design, you've had 7 months.

I do, but as stated below, vodafone do monitor their forums, and there are vodafone people that do reply to posts. The fact that you get better support from other customers than the company we're paying is worth pointing out. If they are having issues like this it's worth pointing out publicly like this.
I'm sorry if I sounded ungrateful, My grievance is with vodafone.

Vodafone own and monitor forum posts so I'm sure this will be fed back.
Im a fellow customer who just happened to read those particular threads and thought they may help you too.

If you've purchased a Vodafone Sure Signal, you just need to register it using your My Vodafone account.
Once this has been done you'll have access to the administration site where you can manage your Sure Signal and the users on it.
If you're unable to do this, come and speak with our Live Chat team who can arrange this for you.

Did you read the problem before writing a solution?
I've had a suresignal since you launched them, I've registered it and been managing it for some time. the problem was that the links to the admin page seem to have moved, and any of your guides telling me where to find it refer to non-existant links. This includes the very generic one you put in your reply.

For anyone struggling to find the Sure Signal dashboard, please follow these directions .....
Go to the main homepage in 'My Account'
There you will find the Sure Signal dashboard.
Also, I would like to point out that to obtain access to your 'My Account', a security code is required which is sent to you by phone.

I totally agree with your comments, many links are far out of date and very misleading.
