I've had a Sure Signal box since I have been with Vodafone (about 5 years). This is the main reason I joined Vodafone as all the coverage on all networks is crap where I live. I did not pay for the box as I am on a contract of over £25. The box has stopped working, different lights flash radonmly all the time. I have tried all the different fixes on this forum but none have worked.
Can you send a new bok please

May I highlight to you that the eforum is a Customer discussion board and understandably we do not have any Account access or Access to Vodafone's Systems
To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.
You would .need to speak to customer service on 191 or use Live Chat from a computer if you wish official clarification. You

I would call Customer Services on 191 but i don't have any signal on my phone
