Unable to verify account information - trying to set up hotmail account on new phone

I am trying to set up my hotmail account on my new Iphone 4S but it is sayin unable to verify account information....how do I fix this?

Welcome to the eForum.

When setting up your Hotmail account on your iPhone, make sure that your password and email address is including any upper case and lower case letters as this is case sensitive.

To make sure the phone is working you can try setting the emails up with a different address.
