Unfortunatley the whole Vodafone web site for managing anything is flakey to say the least and for as long as I have been a Vodafone user has displayed spurious "try later", "we are working hard to fix it" type messages.
I have found that trying later sometimes works and I suspect that various bits of teh Vodafone system do not synchrinise with each other as quickly as you might hope.
I've just been trying to add a user to my SureSignal. I've already gone round te loop a few times but now I'm getting the "......so please try again later.: 500, 1024" message.
I'll give up for the day and try again another.
Vodafone are hopeless, but not as bad as EE who won't even sell you a femto cell.

Could you please clear your cache and cookies and try again from a different browser?
