Unknown Caller displayed for every incoming call

Every call i receive displays unknown caller. I have tried everything....and i mean everything. 

Can someone please help!

The suggestion that worked for another poster was to do a hard reset of your phone.

Give it a try and see if that fixes the problem.

Have you tried doing a reset on the device by holding down both buttons as @FB65 suggested?

i ready try to reset my iphone to factory setting iphone is not problem it's vodafone network problem i put my sim card in another phone and it wont work same show incoming calls unknown i try everything
