Please can you unlock my iphone as I have provided Plusnet with the Vodafone PAC code but I cannot use my SIM from plusnet as the iphone is locked therefore i am without a mobile phone. I have been with Vodafone for 11 years and only now moving on, and have had the iphone on contract for two years. Please can you unlock it speedily as I do not have any other phone to use. many thanks. Joann.

Hey,
You'd need to pop your details on her and Vodafone will do the rest - https://www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-uk/forms/unlock-code-request/

Thanks, I' have submitted the form already done but I've heard that some customers have had to wait weeks for this to occur or have just not heard back from Vodafone at all! It was recommended to also post here and make the request. I contacted Vodafone today and customer services stated that I needed to request a NUC which isnt correct as iphones dont need an unlock code so just a bit worried that they may not action my request.

Hi @jsahni
It's correct advice by Vodafone to fill out the NUC form as you have done.
An iPhone is not unlocked via inputting an unlock code but instead is unlocked via Apple and their Database.
Vodafone would email you to confirm it's been requested from Apple after accepting your unlock request. (Check Spam Inboxes too)
Apple then can take occasionally approximately up to 30 days sometimes to complete an unlock request made by a Network.
Periodically insert an active Non-Vodafone Sim Card in the iPhone and hook up to iTunes.
From the iPhone 5 onwards there's not normally the need to hook up to iTunes to complete the process.
