Unlocking a vodafone Iphone6 64gb when I am not a vodafone customer

Hi, how much does do Vodafone charge, for unlocking an iphone 6 64gb if you are NOT a vodafone customer ?

Yes, even if you've bought your phone secondhand. For Pay as you go, you'll need to have been using your PAYG SIM in the phone for 30 days. For Pay monthly you'll need to have paid three bills on time.“

This means the iPhone you own would need to be used on the Vodafone Uk Network on Payg for 30 days making calls and sending texts etc ,before you can request the unlock which then has an Unlocking fee of £19.99. It's free for a Pay Monthly Contract Customer.

so in essence you'd need to become a Payg customer for 30 days to have it unlocked or ask the original owner to fill out the online unlock form. 

An iPhone does not require an actual physical unlocking code as  action this themselves. From the NUC FAQs "You will receive an email either with the unlocking code and steps to use it or, in the case of Apple devices, an email to confirm that it's now unlocked and a resync with iTunes is required to complete the process. When connecting to iTunes, please ensure that a non-Vodafone SIM is inserted into the iPhone."
To Recap - When connecting to iTunes, please ensure that a non-Vodafone SIM is inserted into the iPhone. It takes approximately 21-30 days for   to process the unlock ,and within that timeframe you insert a non Vodafone Sim Card , hook up to iTunes ,and an information pop message confirms the Unlock.

The easiest wayt to get the phone unlocked is to use a PAYG SIM in the phone for 30 days, make a few chargeable calls to get the IMEI registered to the number.  Complete the form and have the £20.00 credit on the phone to pay for the unlock.
