To whom it may concern,
I have a iPhone 4S that I am wanting unlocked. I've had the phone on contract for over 12 months. On the 23rd of September I filled out the Network Code Unlock request form. It's now the 11th of October and I've had no notification has been received on the phone, nor through email. The phone has been erased and I've tried connecting with iTunes only to receive the following message:
"The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.
The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information."
Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you.
Kind Regards,
Bjorn Gunnlaugsson.
