Unlocking old phone

I received an upgrade last year so received a new phone. I want to unlock my old phone so I can give it away. Started to fill in online form but it's asking me for the mobile number and says this must be for the SIM that’s used in the phone you want to unlock. It is my old phone so there is no SIM in it! It is the same number as used in my new phone. What do I do?

Hi @Hulk use the number you used to use in the phone, the same one you still have.
