I am trying to unlock my daughter’s phone so we can use a non-Vodafone sim. However, it would seem that the NUC number I have been given is the wrong one - went into a Vodafone shop today hoping to resolve the ongoing unlocking phone issues and was told to get this escalated and request a new NUC number. So I went onto live chat and was told to fill in the form again- which I have now done. Is there anything else I can do? This has been going on for almost a month now!

The advice to fill out the form is a sound one but dont fill out too many as this can trigger Vodafones systems to show fraudulent activity.
May I ask What model of phone are you trying to unlock @svallance72 ?

@svallance72 - If this isn’t resolved yet, please send us your details by following the steps in this private message.
We can then check if a new one has been issued. If it hasn’t we’ll request it for you. ☺️
