Hi i have been sent my NUC code etc and have followed all instructions given by vodafone but my phone still wont unlock if says emergency calls only please can you help?

Which make and model of Android Phone are you using ?
Are you inserting an active non Vodafone SIM card in the phone and typing in the code exactly ?
If so then please don’t try it too many times as you may lock it out.
Instead phone 191 or use Live Chat and advise them what’s happening. They’ll either escalate this themselves or provide you with an email address for the Nuc Unlocking Department to contact directly. They are not customer facing so there’s no contact number for customers to ring them.
