I need unlock my phone I asked for nuc number but its didn't work I have been used the phone in uk 2 month ago but now I am not in UK How can I unlock my phone?

Unfortunately Vodafone cannot guarantee an Unlocking Code will work on an Android Phone model while a person is not currently in the Uk with the phone. 

Is the Sim Card your inserting definitely active ?

Double check your inputting the Code Correctly but be careful as some phones will only have a set amount of attempts to key in the unlocking code. 

Are you coming back to the Uk ?

If not > Are you able to perhaps send the phone to someone you know in the Uk who can insert a non Vodafone Uk Sim Card and try the Unlocking Code Vodafone Uk supplied to you and then send it back.

You'd need to weigh up the shipping out and shipping back costs. 

I do not usually recommend this course of action but if you are not coming back to the uk you could see if a local phone Shop can unlock it. Be aware this can have consequences as the phone sometimes software force unlock them. 

Or If your not coming back to the Uk then as a last resort You could sell the phone on and use the funds to buy one that accepts the SIM card you want to use or is unlocked already to All Networks.

Then my suggestion is to pack that phone away and purchase a cheap put you on phone if your not wanting to use your Vodafone SIM card in it if your still a Vodafone uk Customer and roam.
