Unreliable sure signal

I have installed sure signal. It works fine but the after a few days it seems to lose connection and I have to power it off. It then works for a bit before stopping again.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

I have a Sure Signal 3.

 

The Power light remains on

The internet remains solid

The On line light remains solid

The In use light seldom comes on when I make calls. 

 

I sometimes try 15 times to make a call, I then turn off the WiFi and I can sometimes get a call out over the mobile network but SP2 9PF is probably the only place in Salisbury with a poor signal and it was great until Vodafone upgraded to 4G in the city 

 

I have tried every combination of turning off Mobile signal, retstricting it to 3G and 2G but it just doesn;t work relaibly and today I have not been able to make it work at all.
