I have recently updated my iphone 6 to IOS 9 and ever since mobile data has not been working. As soon as I updated I received a message from vodafone to dowload the settings which I did then restarted my phone and still nothing. I am a PAYG costumer and pay for a bug bundle so I am missing out on my data and cannot read or send Imessages.

I have got in touch with vodafone via live chat and the made me do the same thing and assured me that it world work and it cerainly didn't and when I tried to do another live chat, I could not even get on to the waiting list! So natrually I tried to call them multiple times and could not get through to a real person, they just sent me to look at an advice page which didn't have any relevant information on it! I am appauled and days of my big bundle are wasted due to the lack of communication.

Some iOS 9 users globally have seen similar symptoms to what you've described.

Apple have posted a solution while a patch is worked on.

Some users are already seeing the 9.0.1 update being made available, so it's worth hooking the phone up to iTunes too. :Smiling:
