Upgrade of iPhone 4s to iPhone 6 and sure signal now not working!

My Dad recently upgraded to an iPhone 6 with the same number, but has found that the sure signal now isn't working on his phone.

we have de-registered and re-registered the sure signal box but there is still no signal.

is it a case of waiting a few hours for the box to recognise a new phone or do we have to sync the new phone to the box?

Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
