Upgrading/changing phone early

Hi, I got the blackberry Q10 when I upgraded as I was told I would get the same apps as an IPhone with a cheaper contract ( contract is cheaper but NO apps similar to iPhone). Can I keep my contract but change the phone? Am willing to extend contract if I need to or trade in phone, mine is still worth quite a lot, with a small payment extra.

HI Ellie,

Vodafone won't let you upgrade earlier than the upgrade date shown on your contract. Under Ofcom rules very early upgrades are not permitted as it would result in a very long contract.

Your only option is to sell the Q10 and use the money towards paying off the contract's early termination fee.

Depending on how long is left in the contract, it may be cheaper to sell the phone and put it towards a new iPhone 4s directly from apple and put your sim into that for the rest of your contract.
