Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade to an iPhone 6.
I am eligble for upgrade but when I try to upgrade my device and plan online I cannot select any Apple devices.
I can however fill in the details for a new order iPhone 6.
I went in store last weekend and there was iPhone 6 stock available for upgrade, unfortunately I was not able to upgrade as my account was being 'moved between systems' and would not be available until the Monday.
Is stock being withheld for online upgrades? Am I best just to try again instore this weekend?

It is possible that it is just an issue with the site at the moment if it's not letting you select it as an upgrade, but it will let you make a new order.
Going to store is with a try, or just try again later.

Hi,
I have tried that and also tried using a different device with no luck.
I'll probably pop into a store tomorrow and see if they can sort me out.
