I hate to request PROOF OF USUAGE from vodafone. Never go smoothly. 

I have been referred to come here and ask Proof of Usage for my paymonthly mobile device. Help me as soon as possible rather than directing me somewhere else.

Requested 5 times 2 times by phone, once by email and 2 times by chat

 

NOONE reply ever. they promised that they will do it asap

 

and transfer the customer around the department

 

been to store but have been told to request by live chat

been to chat but have been told to call 

i did called and they told me to go back to store again...

You do realise it takes about 48 hours for the Team to reply? So perhaps that is why you've not had a response yet?
