Oredered a new ipad, allegedly in stock but , oh dear, it's not; weeks later.

Which model of iPad did you place an order for ?
What have Customer Services advised/ quoted?
Unfortunately stocking levels can change quite quickly when ordering online.
Sometimes if possible the best way is to visit the most local store for phones but I'm not sure if iPads are available in house.
I'm not too sure right now but you could used to upgrade or open a new contract in an Apple store again if one is local and convenient to get to.
I hope yours comes available asap if you decide to wait.

I ordered a phone online they took the money and said it would be available to pick up and followed that with a text saying when to come and get it then they cancelled my order and refunded my money about a week later. Then said they could supply at more than twice the price even though the shop still showed it at the original price on the wall.
