I have a V1 SS (21818613578)
I witnessed a short, five minute disruption in my internet connectivity around midnight Tuesday into Wednesday, since then the device has been unable to reconnect.
Main power light is on and constant
Second light flashes/pulses for absolutely ages and then will eventually go solid.
4th light then starts flashing, but never goes solid.
After a short time the second light then goes out again and then begins pulsing.
I have checked the port-forwarding, however nothing has changed on the router (BT Home Hub 5) since the outage on Tuesday.
I have done the reset:
Hold down reset button until all lights come on
Pull power cable
Holding down reset (still) reconnect power
Lights 1 through 4 all came on
Released reset
This is the situation I've been in since this short internet outage. Can anyone think of anything I've missed and guess more importantly, can anyone at Vodafone confirm connectivity, confirm attempted conectivity, can do anything from their end?
Thanks.

Hi there,
It looks like the Sure Signal is downloading its profile
Please call Vodafone Customer Service via 191 or Live Chat through the website as you'll need to speak to tech team to get this corrected.
Hope this helps.

Hi Soofla,
Your problem is almost certainly a degraded power suppy.
Ignore the power light being on.... that's a red herring!
Replacements can be obtained for Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10 - 12 inc. delivery.
Just search for "Sure Signal power supply"
Regards,
Mike.

Make sure you speak with Vodafone first of all before buying anything as it could be the reason I said above.

I'd just like to update this thread for completion. Vodafone couldn't see any connection from their end. Replaced PSU for SureSignal (About £9 delivered) - all now working fine.
