V1 Sure signal not working

My Sure Signal has been working nicely most of the time for a few years, but like many other forum posters it's now not working. I have reset my broadband router and the Sure Signal box several times, but all  I have now is is one fixed light at the top and the second light flashing on the Sure Signal.  Four Vodafone phones in the house and no signal hmmm :smileyfrustrated:

Same here. Ours is a v2. There's 3 useless mobiles herr at the moment.

6am and the Sure Signal is working. I wonder how long for......

The results of a traceroute.

Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
