V3 Suresignal not working ...AGAIN!

Help! My V3 ss is not connecting to my phones again!

Lights 1, 2 and 3 are solid, but all three registered phones aren't connecting to it

@claudine83 - I’ve checked your serial number and everything’s showing as up to date as of 10.31pm on 6 February.

I’ve received a further response from our specialists who’ve been looking into your IP address - they’ve advised that this is an Irish IP address and so can’t be added to our whitelist.

 

Your Vodafone UK Sure Signal can only work with UK IP addresses. If your interest service provider (ISP) is UK based, you’ll need to contact them to discuss this further.
