Hi,
3 phones have connected to suresignal but a iphone 5 gets full bars but get call failed and light 4 does not light on suresignal

To confirm, you currently have three phones that are all connecting fine and one that's not?
Have you tried performing a hard reset on the iPhone that's not connecting?
Please try this and let us know how you get on.

Are the other phones 3G phones (not 4G)? Has 4G recently come to your area?
I think the issue here is that SureSignal does not work with 4G enabled phones... so if your phone sees a weak 4G signal it will not log on to the Suresignal. The klunky solution is to switch off 4G functionaility on the phones.
