@DPSAINT So we can take a look into this for you, please supply your Sure Signal's serial number and the sequence of lights when it's switched on.

Serial no is 42171196753 and lights are flashing red and solid amber phone

@DPSAINT The light sequence you've provided, suggests there's a problem with your Sure Signal connecting to your router. Please try the following steps:
- Reboot your router
- Try a different internet cable
- Try a different port on the router
- Set a Static IP address for the Sure Signal on your router.
If you're unsure how to complete the final step, please speak with your Internet Service Provider (ISP), who'll be happy to look into it for you 😊
This should help to get everything resolved, but if you do need any further help, please reply back to this thread and let us know.

Having done some playing around I now have a flashing red light with 2 orange lights showing - the mobile phone and the one to the left of it.... help!

@DPSAINT Thanks for updating us with your light sequence.
With your last two lights being orange and stable this does indicate an issue with your IPsec packet. To resolve this, please complete the following steps depending on your IP address when contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP):
- If you have a static IP, please contact your ISP and advise you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within their network.
- If your IP is dynamic, please advise your ISP that you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit.
Please let us know how you get on.
