Hi DR216,
Thanks for posting your template results.
I've checked your serial number and see the unit contacted our database in the very early hours of this morning. Your IP is also validated and the Traceroute looks fine.
I've pushed through a manual resynchronisation which you'll need to complete by:
1) Press and hold the reset button for approximately 30 seconds.
2) Once the lights come back on, release the button.
3) The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
If this doesn't work, is there any way you can quickly test the Sure Signal on a different internet connection so we can rule out a fault with the box or an ISP restriction? Let me know the results.

Thanks Ben think the resynch must have done it as it wasnt working when i woke up this morning (although it had changed to flashing power, orange internet. no other lights) now seems to be working perfectly.
If it keeps playing up I will steal/borrow a different unit from a friend and test if that works to rule out the hardware.
