Hi,
My VSS 1 has been working fine for several years but about 3 months ago we lost the 3G signal on our phones. Lights 1, 2 and 4 are on but light 3 is always off. We've had no changes to our internet setup.
Serials of Sure Signal is 21196803056
Also unable to add new users via my suresignal portal.

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
