Hi barnam,
I can see Jenny pushed through a resync here.
If you're still having issues, please remove the user from the Sure Signal.
There's a handy video here, which shows you how to do that.
You then need to do a factory reset as follows:
Once you've done that, add the number back to the Sure Signal.

Hi Ian,
This is a new Sure Signal 3, could you re-synce that one please serial number 42141622417 and then explain how to do a factory reset on that model, also I am the only user on that device
