Hi,
My contact has finished and I have moved to PAYG. I can no longer log in to my online account which is frustrating as it this account that my Sure Signal box is linked to.
I received an email (subject: New Account information), with a User ID and a message saying I will need to reset my password at next login.

Hi there
One of the eForum Team is going to need to help you with this issue. I believe that they will need to delete the account and have you register again. They will also need to deregister the SureSignal from the old account. A member of the Team will be along in about 24 - 48 hours to send you details of how to get in touch.
