Hi
For last 3 to 4 days the VSS version 1 has been running with lights 1,2 and 4 solid but not longer picks up my phone.
S/N of VSS is 21197144922.
Can you try a resync, push out new firmware (from another post) or investigate why the phone will no longer connect

Hi,
My sure signal has stopped working, I have dopne the reset by holding the reset button for 30 seconds & pulling the power cable ect but its still not working.
My serial number is 21224045035
Please help

Hi all,
smudgersmith - I've requested this to be sent to you. Make sure the Sure Signal remains plugged in.
aandpwoodley - I can see the Sure Signal connected last night. Is it working now?
The firmware is up to date, so that's not the issue.
Try this amended reset process if you're still having issues:
