VSS v3 Power light on. No other lights - sometimes get slow flashing internet light

Hi there

For the last few weeks we have had no signal boost.  I've re-set, unplugged etc etc etc - tried everything to no avail.  thuis actually started before Christmas but after re-setting a couple of times it came back ok, however for the last 3-4 weeks - nothing.

VSS3 Serial No: 40131017093

Ping test results are: Packet Loss 0%

Ping: 137 ms

Jitter: 38 ms

Speed Test: 1.52 mbps

Trace test - see attached screen shot.

I've looked at the troubleshooting but it doesn't give any answers - so anything you can suggest will be gratefully received.

Thanks for posting.

I can see your Sure Signal made contact with the network at 08:37pm yesterday.

Is everything now ok?

If not please can you let us know the light sequence you’re now seeing?
