Hi,
I need some assistance here I've been trying to get Sure Signal to work for past 2 days without any success . Is the VSS working?
I have registered VSS successfully on Vodafone 2 Sept its has an active status.
I’ve followed all the instructions to configure my Router (Wireless ADS Router - DLink - DSL 2640R)
VSS has a Red flashing light, the internet white flashes for about a minute, then its 2 solid bars
I've created static IP Address for Sure Signal.
I have done portforwarding task using the details provided
DLink - DSL 2640R –portforwarding

I did set the MTU but that keeps reverting back to original setting
I have rebooted Router, VSS & waited 12 hours. No Joy!
I still have VSS with a Red flashing light, the internet white flashes for about a minute , then its 2 solid bars

Thanks for providing your traceroute.
I have just checked and your Sure Signal has never connected to our servers. Can you login to your router and check that you have UPnP enabled? If you don’t have this please try port forwarding here.

My PC is communicating to Vodafone @ 212.182.133.177 & 212.182.133.180
But VSS v3 is still not working
