This thread has been created to discuss and troubleshoot the version 3 Sure Signal when the light sequence is as follows:
Cause
This light sequence indicates the Sure Signal's not active and it has been unable to authenticate on the Vodafone network
Troubleshooting
Please restart your Sure Signal. If the symptoms continue please add the following details to this thread:

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hey there,
My dad has a SS in his work unit, I came here today to have a look at it and try and get it working, the light sequence is the one states above, I have tried opening some ports as I use a NETGEAR router (WNR2200) however it wouldn't let me open ports 123 and 500.

MY VSS 3 was working for months and then suddenly it stopped working, I rebooted it and the issue remains the same. I have the above described symptoms. I have conducted the tests as per your trouble shooting guide and the results are as follows:
