Hi Philanosa,

I’ve taken a look using your serial number and everything looks fine.

I’ve re-synced this for you today so please complete this by performing a factory reset as follows:

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi guys,

LorneChambers - Please enable this and let us know if this helps. :Smiling:

stephjnw – Your ping times are very high, as these need to be less that 200ms.

You need to contact your ISP to discuss this further.

Thanks,

Jenny

Hi markpoulding,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the eForum!

Your traceroute checks out fine and your IP is good too.

Looking at the registration you did on the 9th, it didn't complete fully. I've requested a manual synchronisation for you but to complete it, I'll need you to reset the device. Following this, it will come back on after about an hour or so.

If it doesn't, can you let me know? :Winking_smiley:

Cheers, Ben

Hi Ben

Thanks for the post, that did not work.

Can you see it connecting?

Mark
