Hi

My Sure signal has stopped working for no reason.  Worked perfectly for the last 6-9 months and has stopped today.  I've been onto the forum and moved it more than 4 meters away etc, but it has stopped working.

Sure signal serial number is:

42143916783

Other information required is attached.

I have tried hitting the rest button on the bottom.  I held it for 10 secods, and now the Sure Signal box won't power up at all?

OK, the box has come back on, but the same two lights are still on.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
