Yes, there are ways of doing this.  However, they are beyond this forum.  You'd need to make sure you do your research before you flash any firmware as this could potentially brick your device.

Hi All

Sorry for delay in reply. So my issue is fully resolved now as I had all proof that I raised this issue with in 14 days of my cooling off period and given enough time to resolve this issue by Voda Management which they failed to resolve. In November they agreed to cancel my contract which I downgraded to sim only for time being and waiting for a new and better handset and Voda also refunded my full line rental I paid till Nov. and the amount is back in my account now just before Chrismas!!!!!!

I want to point out here that all the Voda staff I talked or chated (my fav mode of contact as they are really nice, helping and also you get proof of your conversation immidiatly) were really nice and understanding most of the time. They all really shown concern about my issue and try to resolve as per my terms.

I'm eally impressed with the service I got from Voda and thier staff and will continue my other contract which is due upgrade in next few months.
