Vodafone 340

I have given my 8yr old son a Vodafone 340 so we can call him in at night. But it has an Internet link on the home screen. Can this be deleted or password protected so he doesn't use all his money accidentally.

I assume it's on a pay as you go account ?

What tariff are you currently on ?

What is the icon on the Homescreen ? Some can be moved or deleted as long as it's not already part of the firmware. 

Are you wanting him to be able to use the Internet ?

most phones have a screen timeout and access passwords to get onto the phones home screen. Look at the user manual on availabe options for your make of

phone.
