I've forgotten my username to access my account so I can review my bills.
I select the option to say that I can't remember my username then enter my email address and put in my memorable word, only for the message you must enter words and numbers only (which I have) and get the same message whether using Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Has any one got any ideas?

Hi bud I have to log in from scratch every couple of months on average or if there as been an update
But what i have noticed if you have more than one Google account try it with the one you set it up with
I think it's a security measure to make sure it's actually you and not some scammer
