This secure network thing.
I get a text saying how the free trial I didn't ask for is ending and that I was not to worry as they'll be charging me for it in future anyway.
I follow the instructions to cancel and hey presto, another text like it never happened saying exactly the same thing

If the free trial has ended and you are having a problem opting out of Secure Net, live chat or CS will be able to manually remove this for you.
Otherwise, wait for one of the Team to contact you for account details and they make sure it is removed.
