Vodafone Broadband App - Issue refreshing

I've been having recent issues with the Android App, it says the router is 'OFFLINE', 'My Wifi' and 'My Network' are greyed out and not accesible.  

If I click on the OFFLINE status, it says "You don't have any internet connection on your mobile device.  Which is wrong, internet is fine on my device and other devices using the router.

What is wrong with the app and how can it be fixed?
