Vodafone Family Pack - Cannot add a number help

Hi;

 

I was helping anyone can help me. I have a "vodaphone family & fiends" which I pay £5 a month for; I went to add a friend to my family pack and it won't let me, if I dial "34444 or 344444! it says number not in use or network busy, it's been like this for days. I have tried to contact vodaphone but I cannot get through to a technical; it gives you all these options but it does not let you or give you an option to speak to a technical person; this has been very stressful, I pay £5 a month for a family pack and I cannot add a person; I might as well cancel the pack, please can someone give  ame a number so I can add or remove a meber please?

Hi @paul24tt

 

If you would like to change your Group, you need to call Customer Services.  Alternatively, you should be able to manage the Group through your online account.

Calling costumer service won't let me speka to anyone and they don't give an option for family pack. When I dial 191 that still don't give me an option to add or remove a person on my fmaily pak, sure theer must be a way to add soemone?

One tip when ringing 191 is to choose the Thinking of Leaving option which should get you through to an agent. 

 

Not the best way but it works.

The advice given by our Community Champions is correct. Either contact 191 and speak to an adviser there or access your online account and manage your settings from there.

This is discusting to be treated like this. The 191 trick do not work, after putting in your number it talks about credit and topping up; I have never used my online account and why should I, I pay monthly for a family pack and I should be able to add a number;  You don't even have a number now where you can add members too. I contacted the lady on Vodaphone and she said the problem would be sorted and the number I wanted added to my family pack would be put on, she also put this in my notes about this problem; if this is not sorted, I'm leaving Vodaphone. You can't even ring Vodaphone and speak directly with somebody, I had to use live chat.
