I had activation date booked on 18/09 and a engineer came, but stil got no connection as of 01/10. I chatted with Support team many times, and they told me I just need to wait.
I also receibed a text from Vodafone that an engineer has been booked to sort out my issue on 29/09, but still no connection.
I did another chat with BT Infinity, and was told that "BT Infinity is available in your area but due to a high demand there is currently no capacity left at your local cabinet. There will be a waiting period until we can activate the service."
Now I suspect that I might be in the waiting list of the cabinet. Does anybody know if there are any way I can find if this is true? I cannot wait forever. I need to know which position I am in the queue.
