1. Website is terribe, loads of dead links or redirects. i.e. the email link if something is wrong on the content settings opens a link to vodaphone nothing else. Very basic information on line for router or anything else.
2. App still does not work on iOS10, and does not find router
3. Router, if you use a schedule, it works on the primiary wifi network, ie it turns it off and on at set times, but does not turn on the guest one back on.
4. No email support, why do I keep have to call if I have issues ? and this support forums just says call them.
5. Online order, place order online and it gets cancelled for no reason, resulting in having to call them. Find out sky would not release my number, and have the process order over phone.
6. Billing, again you need to ring them for mistakes. Due to the above, I have no been billed twice for the fibre set up nost (£49). Paid the first one when I signed up online, told it would be refunded, never happened, then on my second bill, I am billed again for the install cost. So yet another phone call to get it sorted. Hopefully they do not take it on my next billing cycle, even though I was told they had credited my account. so I would only be billled the correct amount.
So far, not a great impression on Vodafone. . . lots of promise but fails to delivery, makes sky look a smooth operation.
