Hi BTOG46,
Welcome to the eForum! It's great to see new faces around here .
You can change the limit on your dongle by going to settings > usage > set limits, unfortunately we do not support Ubisoft so cannot say whether this will cause any complications.
Thanks

Hi pau
Welcome to the eForum it is always good to see new faces on here.
I am surprised that this is not showing on the settings, as every time I have used it, it is always an option for me.
I can only suggest now making sure that you have the correct version of the software installed. If you go to www.business.vodafone.net you will be able to download the latest version.

Hi pau,
Thank you for your reply. If you reach your usage limit then the software won't allow you to connect. This can be amended by going to Settings > Usage > Set Limit, I'd recommend checking it again as it was definitely there the last time I used that version of VMC.
If you do have any issues then you'll still be able to connect using the dial-up connection instead of the software. This can be done by going to Start > Connect To > VMC.

Hi jarviser
Thanks for your post here. I'm sorry to hear that you don't have the option for setting the limit the reason for this is that you are using a pay as you go modem. The message you are getting is indicating that your 3GB usage is nearing its end and thus, as you are on pay as you go, you will need to top up to allow continued service.
If you have already topped up with further credit then you won't need to worry about the message.
Please let me know if you have any more questions and we'll be happy to help you further
Thanks
