Vodafone K3570-Z Dongle - I'm Having Connection Issues & Getting Error 619

Hello all,

Took the plunge and bought a K3570-Z mobile broadband stick last night and it came with Vodafone Mobile Broadband Lite as the install package.
Plugged it in and all installed OK, checked the app and the broadband seems to have a connection.
Only issues are that neither broadband or SMS messaging appear to work. Checked my network connections and they show my Vodafone connection disconnected, when I try a manual connection I get error 619.
Any and all help gratefully received.

p.s. Laptop running XP Pro, SP3 and currently online with my mobile teathered to my USB!!!!

Hi Dick_Dastedly,

In Vodafone Mobile Connect, under Manage Devices, please make sure that the K3570-Z modem is shown as Default and Active. If that is the case, when you click on "Connect" in the home screen, what happens? Does it appear to connect successfully, or is it giving you a 619 error there also?
